Erin & Andrew

In the interest of spoilers (and perhaps curious fiancé's)-- I'll start with my shoes!

Shoes

I wanted something sassy... and these look pretty darn hot when they peek out from under my dress when I'm walking :)

Veil

I'm going birdcage mode... I think it adds to the hollywood glamour feel of my gown. I'm excited to see the whole look altogether.

My Wedding Gown

Jim Hjelm - Original price: $2500, Snagged for: $500!

I went gown shopping on a whim last April when one of my local Filene's had their "Running of the Brides" event. I didn't do the whole crazy romp through the store, but I did stroll in around 1 p.m. that afternoon hoping to find something. I browsed the racks through what seemed like at least 1000 dresses. I picked out 4, and this was the very last one I tried on. It was meant to be :)

The Hair

Picture

I'm pretty traditional in this department. I'm thinking side swept bangs, and a low chignon. Although I'm still considering half up, half down. It might be a game time decision.

The Face

Picture

I'm drawn to the smoky or plum eye look. My normal make up is a lot of bronzes and golds, so I want to look a little different for the big day. Nothing too drastic though!

Bridesmaids

I wanted the girls to let their personalities shine during the ceremony, so I asked them all to wear little black dresses. They've each chosen something unique and I know they'll be gorgeous!

Andrew's Tux - Calvin Klein Two-Button Super 100's Notch Lapel

Picture

We've been together for more than six years, and I've never seen him in a tux! Needless to say, I'm beyond excited to see him rockin' the formal attire.

He's wearing an ivory vest and tie, because according to the MW associate, we need to look like we belong together. She obviously knows her stuff-- he's going to look amaaaaazing!

Groomsmen - Joseph & Feiss Two-Button Notch Lapel

The boys have the option of wearing the same suit, or this one... their ties and vests are black. I'll be in the company of some very dapper men not too long from now!
